The parties

Seller is Blaafarveværket, Koboltveien 11, 3340 Åmot, info@blaa.no, +47 32 77 88 00, Organization number: 940376556, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller.

The buyer is the consumer who makes the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/the buyer.

Prices

Ticket prices are set by Blaafarveværket. If certain types of discounted tickets are available, student discount or similar, proof may be required upon entry. If you have questions about the price and which conditions apply to various discounted prices, you can contact Blaafarveværket directly.

Payment

The seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer.

If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card is charged on the same day the item is sent.

Cash, credit card, debit card and Vipps are valid payment methods at Blaafarveværket.

Delivery

All tickets sold through blaa.no are electronic. Tickets will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase. The ticket must be brought to the event, either as a printout or on a mobile phone.

Buyers responibility

Tickets are considered a paper of value and must be handled accordingly. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that tickets do not end up in the hands of others. This applies to both printed and electronic tickets.

Each ticket has a unique ID that identifies the tickets in the form of a QR code on the ticket itself. This should not be shared with others.

Resale and second-hand purchases

Blaafarveværket does not assist with the resale of tickets. Any resale must be handled by the ticket holder themselves. Remember that according to the Act on the Prohibition of Price Markups for the Resale of Tickets for Cultural and Sports Events, it is not permitted to sell tickets at a higher price than the face value.

Second-hand purchases of tickets are at the buyer's own risk. Blaafarveværket cannot assist in verifying the ticket's validity. Even if the ticket were to be valid at the time of purchase, the same ticket may have been sold to several people and the buyer may risk not being able to enter the event because the ticket has already been used.

Refund

According to the Purchases Act, there is no right of cancellation on the purchase of tickets, this also applies to tickets bought online or on a mobile phone. There is therefore basically no refund for ticket purchases made through blaa.no. If something should happen, which is Blaafarveværket's fault, which means that you are entitled to a refund of your ticket purchase, we ask that you contact us (info@blaa.no / tel. 32 77 88 00). This applies, for example, to canceled event.

You can read more about this here: https://www.forbrukerradet.no/forside/varer-og-tjenester/kultur/

When refunding tickets for an event, the ticket price is refunded.

Cancelling

If the event is cancelled, the ticket buyer is basically entitled to a refund of his ticket purchase. In such cases, Blaafarveværket will contact the ticket buyer to refund the ticket purchase and return the money.

Handling of information

As a minimum requirement for information about the ticket buyer, Blaafarveværket requires the name of the buyer and a valid e-mail address to be provided. This is only used to send out tickets and to communicate important information relating to the event for which the ticket purchase applies.

Blaafarveværket does not share your information with a third party under any circumstances.

Conflict resolution

Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. points 9 and 10. The parties must try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Protection Authority for mediation. The Norwegian Consumer Protection Agency is available on 23 400 600 or www.forbrukertilsynet.no.

The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint. It is particularly relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country. The complaint is filed here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
